First attempt at polling a dismal failure :(

Only twelve of the 76 people in the two sections of World Regional Geography voted in the first poll I posted on Cel.ly. Here are the results:

What do you think of the idea of taking polls? Should I keep at it or abandon the idea?

    I like the polls. I think it’s interesting to know where other people in the class have been and what opinions people have about what we are discussing. The polls also help understand, somewhat, the perspectives of other class members.

    I also think that the polls are important because it helps people to learn more about each other and about Americans in general. I also think that it is an easy activity that can lead to great class discussions concerning our own viewpoints and experiences.

    I like the polls too. There easy to do and very interesting. I’m not sure if I was one of those seven people that answered it, but I did answer it via text message.
